The town takes pride in having a monumental 17th-century Renaissance chateau with an English-style park; a rebuilding of the original Gothic castle. You’ll also see the most picturesque town square in the country, Zacharias of Hradec Square, dating back to the 16th-century. Italian artists helped transform the square into the masterpiece you see today.
